Personalize your profile to stand in a great organization with hundreds of users or find coziness in changing the theme in the platform. Edit your profile and personal settings to your needs. Changing your profile will affect your view of all organizations you are part of.

1. Profile settings 

Show who you are!

To find all the settings, open your name in the screen’s bottom left corner. This bottom is accessible from everywhere on the platform.

Profile settings are to identify and show who you are. Here are several things to change to personalize your identity.

The visual part of your profile may be an image, gravatar, or Initials. If you wish to upload an image, click the words and choose a picture from your computer.

All your changes will be saved and visible once you close the side panel.

2. Platform settings

Personal platform settings are configured in the same place but in the following menu.
Here are three changeable settings:

1. Language
2. Currency
3. Theme

Choose your favorite language as a sitewide standard. Now, a total of seven different languages are possible to use.

It is only possible to select the Danish Krone (DKK) as currency. We are working on making a more extensive selection available.

You can finish off your personalization by choosing your favorite theme for the platform. There is a theme for whether you like a bright or darker-themed screen. Mover Blue is a real classic!

3. Security

The only setting made in the security menu is the change of password. We would recommend that you change this regularly.

To edit this, click the small lock icon on the right side of the field. This action will make a pop-up window appear in the middle of your screen, where you have to confirm the current password as a safety precaution.

Lastly is the possibility of deleting your account. Deleting your account may have significant consequences, so you better think twice. If you are the sole owner of an organization and delete your account, you will also delete the entire organization.
