Your responsibility is to hand over your properly wrapped shipment to our drivers. If you want your shipment to be extra well-wrapped or protected, that's up to you. But pay particular attention to fragile as well as small and loose objects. Pack the shipment well, so it is safe from disappearing or being lost during transport.
