RESERVATIONS

When an Organization is working with Contractors, it needs to know how much capacity will be available for each contractor, when, and for which type of vehicle. Planners need to have an overview on the available capacity for their upcoming routes and deliveries. Reservations allow the Planner to have this overview and to assign the Routes to the booked capacity.

PRELOADING

This feature is dedicated to companies with a Distribution Center with few gates and a large number of Routes departing from the warehouse every day. Due to space and capacity limitations, all trucks and vans cannot be loaded in the morning before the route starts.
Preloading allows you to support your drivers to load some of the trucks the evening before and park them outside the warehouse. This way, the next morning they will be ready to start the Route and you will not lose any of the tracking you need.
