Introduction

The Organization Settings menu is the place for managing your company’s profile and configuring individual settings that will feed into the functionality of different TMS features.

Settings Overview

Profile

This is the section where your organization can view and manage unique company-identifying information:

• Organization ID: A unique identifier for your company that enables connections with other organizations within the TMS ecosystem (click here to read more about Connections).
  This is filled out automatically and no action is required from you. You can copy this ID and provide it to a partner who wants to invite you as a Connection.

• Company Name: Enter your official company name for easy identification.

• VAT Number (optional): This provides a user-friendly, globally recognised identification for your organization in the Mover ecosystem, but it is not a must. Leaving the field blank will not impact your usage of the TMS.

• Country (optional): Specify the country where your organisation is based.

How to Use Organization Settings

1. Navigate to the Organization Page

2. Click on Profile

3. Enter your country and VAT number (optional)

4. Click Save Changes
