Collection Point en Route PDF

• In order to provide the Drivers with a backup flow when they are executing a Collection Point through the Driver App, we have made it possible to download a printable version of the list of Orders from the TMS to be delivered through the Collection Point, with details of recipient’s name and contact details, as well as the details of the packages to collect per each Order
• If your Route has a Collection Point, access the Route details and click on the ellipsis in the top right corner to download the file through the button “Print collection points”.

IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES

• We have improved the flow for opening and visualizing files and links in the Stop instructions through the Driver App: now they will be opened directly in-app, without first opening an external browser in your phone, making the driver experience even more streamlined.
• The grouping of orders and services by customer and phone number has been made more resilient and reliable.
• We fixed an issue where orders collected at Collection Point were not updated from Ready to Delivered.
• Solved a bug related to creating break stops when a Driver is already assigned to the Route. Due to a defective logic, in this specific scenario the break duration defaulted to 7 minutes, even when entering a different break duration from the UI.
• We have updated and improved the logic for calculating criticality on Routes.
• The Driving list is now also available in Polish.
