Introducing Assign Orders to Organisation
We have made an automatic assignment of orders to other organisations available. This allows the main organisation to delegate planning and execution of routes to other departments in the organisation.
- The automatic assignment is controlled by the criteria (tags or zip code) chosen in the Enrichment ruleset.
- The organisation to assign the orders to is selected from the list of your connections.

Failed Delivery choice
When registering a deviation in the Driver App during a delivery, the screen that guides the Driver in taking the decision is unclear: the driver gets confused on which option to select, and what is the outcome of the choice.
We have redesigned the UI and added more guidance for taking an informed choice.
IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES
- We fixed a bug where time intervals in messages sent to customers were presented the wrong way around (e.g.: 15:00-11:25 instead of the actual 11:25-15:00)
- Improved stability of ProcessRouteStopUpdated to handle occurrences of invalid address
- Improved stability of Consignee alert failed (ETA) to handle and avoid null reference exceptions
- Corrected offset in the timeframe for the event RouteCompleted
- Corrected offset in the timeframe for the event StopCompleted
- Improved stability and reliability of the system, that will reduce the occurrence of critical errors related to UI through a proactive system monitoring and maintenance.
- If the name of a ruleset is very long, the name is truncated in the system which leads to the ruleset not opening up. We have limited the ruleset name to 45 characters to ensure that this problem does not happen.
- Solved a visual bug that caused the last Organization in the Dropdown of the Auto Contractor Assignment feature to be hidden.
- Fixed a recurring error in the Driver App selfie function for Drivers, reporting a “Failed to record photo” error. The error has been identified and corrected
- Corrected offset in the timeframe for the event AcceptedByOrganization
