Introducing Timelines

Timelines allow Planners and Support Users to monitor their routes from a time perspective, both based on the plan and the actual execution. It is possible to visually assess how routes are executed compared with the plan, quickly spot delays and foresee deviations and adjust too optimistic or pessimistic route plans.

OTHER NEW FEATURES

• Task Overview improved. When a Driver has to execute more than one Stop at the same Address, the Driver app shows the overview of all stops to be performed there, without driving to a new location. We have improved how we represent Breaks and Return stops, especially in case where the stops do not have any additional information on them.
• Improved tracking of Drivers' gps positions to improve performance in Live Tracking and other related pages using the Driver live positions.

IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES

• Solved a bug making it impossible to click on unplanned tasks at the same address. Now, in order to access the unplanned tasks details page, it is enough to click on the icon next to them.
• Solved a bug causing Route estimates Start time and End time to be computed without excluding cancelled stop. Now Route estimated Start and End are computed excluding the cancelled stops placed at the start and end of a Route
• The schedules for order groups had invalid data. After removing them it is now possible to list order groups again.
• Solved a bug causing Stops to be added to the list of delayed stops in the Route list even though they had no delay.
