Recall Route

We have changed the procedure to assign routes to contractors to make it more transparent to the users. There is a new command "Recall executor", which allows your organisation to take back the route when needed: either because you want to drive the route yourself or you want to replace an assignee. 

Also, you will only be allowed to assign a route to a new executor if you are the current assignee. If not, then please recall the route and reassign it.
